New insightful apparatuses are prompting an emotional speed up and scale with which investigation can be performed, and a lot more noteworthy joining with business process. They settle on it conceivable to settle on logical choices in close constant, which frequently yields benefits as far as expanded transformations, upgraded tasks, or different outcomes.

Over the previous many years, the advancement of drugs has acquired upset human wellbeing. These drugs would serve their expectation provided that they are unadulterated and intense enough to fix an illness and are directed in a fitting sum. Experts in all sciences base significant choices, take care of issues, and advance their fields utilizing instrumental estimations. As an outcome, all researchers are committed to having a basic comprehension of instruments and their applications to unhesitatingly and precisely address their necessities. Instrumental techniques for the compound examination have turned into the chief method for acquiring data in different spaces of science and innovation. The speed, high affectability, low constraint of identification, synchronous location abilities, and robotized activity of current instruments, when contrasted with old-style strategies for investigation, have made this transcendence.

This article features the job of the insightful instrumentation and their modernization of the logical techniques in evaluating the nature of the medications. The article features an assortment of insightful methods, for example, titrimetric, chromatographic, and spectroscopic, and their modernization over years that have been applied in the investigation of drugs.

According to the WHO, total confirmed cases of Coronavirus up to October 07, 2021: 237,091,792 , Deaths: 4,840,927 , and total Recovered case 214,263,057 from COVID-19, triggered by the novel SARS-CoV-2 , the rate of case in major countries USA44,918,565 India33,894,312 Brazil21,517,514 Russia 7,662,560 Italy4,689,341 keeps expanding geographically. SARS-CoV-2 is a 29.9 kb RNA beta-coronavirus that is enveloped, positive-sense, and single-stranded. Close contact with infected patients and exposure to aerosol viruses from medical devices and procedures, such as endoscopy, may put healthcare workers at risk of infection. Current data suggests that children under the age of 18 have a low rate of infection (2.4 present). The current gold standard and confirming test for COVID19 is the detection of viral nucleic acid using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). The World Health Organization (WHO) has indicated that controlling infectious diseases like COVID19 requires education, isolation, prevention, transmission control, and treatment of sick people. By following the steps one can help to keep the illness from spreading. Protection consists of staying at home (home quarantine) and avoiding direct contact with healthy (potentially asymptomatic) or diseased patient.

This research is motivated by efforts to improve effective educational services so that they are able to face developments and competition that is so tight and become an institution that is able to survive, and play a good role, even more advanced. The curriculum can be said to be the heart of education because of its central position in all school activities. The Islamic education curriculum is very interesting to study because ideally, it should contain material that provides coverage for life in this world and in the hereafter.

This study aims to analyze and find the concept of curriculum design in realizing an effective school. This study uses a qualitative approach, the type of case study with a multi-case design. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles Huberman model of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. Data were analyzed from single and cross-case data. Data validity techniques through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.

The results showed that the curriculum design in schools was prepared based on the school's vision, mission, and goals, which were discussed in teacher and education staff working meetings involving committees and foundations. The results of the curriculum design are subject-centered design for intracurricular activities, and with the type of learner-centered design for extracurricular activities. Then, the contents of the curriculum consist of the National Curriculum, local content, and an adequate internal (typical) Islamic curriculum.

The antioxidant activities of hexane extract of freshly commuted roots (HR) of Alchornea laxiflora on liver damage were examined using in vivo sodium arsenate-induced oxidative damage model in male Wistar rats weighing between 150 and 200 g. The animals were grouped into two groups of four animals, group 1 animals were given 1ml of sodium-arsenate (2mg/kg) for 2 days and then treated with graded dosage (0.5, 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mg/kg body weight) HR of Alchornea laxiflora for 10days, while group 2 animals were given the same graded dosage HR extract of Alchornea laxiflora for 10 days but in addition, received 1 ml of sodium-arsenate (2mg/kg) from 6th-10th day. At expiration of dosing period, the animals were sacrificed and their blood and organs harvested for estimation of AST, ALT, GGT, Total Bilirubin and Creatinine levels. Pre-treatment with HR extract of Alchornea laxiflora prior to intra-peritoneal administration of 2mg/kg body weight of sodium arsenate reduced significantly (P<0.05), the levels of AST, ALT, GGT, Total Bilirubin and Creatinine level in the serum and liver, showing the hepatoprotective and anti-oxidative capacity of Alchornea laxiflora. Furthermore, the extract evaluated by its capacity of quenching free radicals induced by the sodium arsenate, showed remarkable scavenging effects on the thyl and singlet oxygen free radicals, at concentrations of 5.0 and 10.0mg/kg. These findings suggest the tendencies of HR extract of Alchornea laxiflora to elicit protective actions in sodium arsenate-induced liver damage in rats hence, a protective role against pro-oxidant induced membrane damage.
