Le rôle du projet d’établissement hospitalier dans l’atteinte des objectifs des structures de santé au Sénégal.

Abstract

Résumé:

Le projet d'établissement hospitalier est un document stratégique essentiel qui guide le développement et l'organisation d'un hôpital. Le projet vise à améliorer la qualité des soins offerts aux patients tout en prenant soin des équipes médicales. Le projet doit projeter l'hôpital dans l'avenir, en identifiant les défis à relever et les opportunités à saisir.

Dans cette étude nous avons vu comment le projet d’établissement impacté la performance des hôpitaux sénégalais à travers des soins de qualité en réduisant la mortalité, en digitalisant les processus des ressources humaines et un management plus efficace à travers une bonne planification et un tableau bord bien maitrisé.

Abstract:

The hospital project is an essential strategic document that guides the development and organisation of a hospital. The project aims to improve the quality of care offered to patients while taking care of the medical teams. The project must project the hospital into the future, identifying the challenges to be met and the opportunities to be seized.

In this study, we have seen how the hospital project has impacted on the performance of Senegalese hospitals by providing quality care, reducing mortality, digitising human resources processes and making management more efficient through good planning and a well-managed dashboard.
