Author Guidelines
Thank you for considering submission to Research and Analysis Journals. Authors are requested to carefully read and follow these guidelines before submitting a manuscript. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's basic requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before entering the peer-review process.
1. Manuscript Categories
Research and Analysis Journals accepts the following types of scholarly manuscripts:
Original Research Articles
Review Articles
Case Studies
Short Communications
Technical Reports
The journal may consider other scholarly contributions at the discretion of the editorial team.
2. General Manuscript Requirements
Manuscripts must:
Be written in clear and understandable English.
Be original and not published previously.
Not be under consideration by another journal at the time of submission.
Be relevant to the scope of the journal.
Follow appropriate research and publication ethics.
Include complete and accurate author and affiliation information.
3. Recommended Manuscript Structure
Authors should organize their manuscript according to the nature of the research. A typical research article may include the following sections:
Title
Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
Abstract
Keywords
Introduction
Literature Review or Related Work, where applicable
Materials and Methods / Methodology
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
Recommendations, where applicable
Acknowledgements, if applicable
Funding Statement, if applicable
Conflict of Interest Statement
Data Availability Statement, where applicable
Ethical Approval Statement, where applicable
Author Contributions, where applicable
References
The exact structure may vary depending on the manuscript category and the requirements of the research discipline.
4. Title
The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
Authors should avoid unnecessary abbreviations and overly broad or misleading titles.
5. Author Information
The manuscript should include:
Full name of each author.
Institutional affiliation of each author.
Department, faculty, or unit, where applicable.
City and country of the institution.
ORCID iD, where available.
Email address of the corresponding author.
The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the journal during the submission, peer-review, revision, and publication process.
All individuals listed as authors should have made a substantial contribution to the research and should have approved the final version of the manuscript.
6. Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should provide a concise summary of the manuscript.
For original research articles, the abstract should generally include:
Background or research context.
Objective or purpose.
Methodology.
Main results or findings.
Conclusion.
Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords below the abstract.
Keywords should be specific and representative of the main subject of the manuscript.
7. Manuscript Formatting
Authors should prepare manuscripts using the following general formatting requirements:
Language: English
Font: Times New Roman
Font size: 12 pt
Line spacing: 1.5
Page size: A4
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
File format: DOC, DOCX, or PDF
The journal may apply its standard formatting and typesetting during the production stage.
8. Headings and Sections
Authors should use clear and consistent headings and subheadings.
Sections and subsections may be numbered sequentially where appropriate. Authors should maintain a logical organization and clear flow of information throughout the manuscript.
9. Tables and Figures
All tables and figures should:
Be numbered consecutively.
Be referred to in the text.
Include a clear title or caption.
Be placed appropriately within the manuscript or provided according to the journal's submission requirements.
Be of sufficient quality and resolution.
Be original or used with appropriate permission and attribution where required.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that images, figures, tables, and other visual materials do not infringe third-party copyright.
10. Equations and Special Materials
Mathematical equations, scientific symbols, technical terms, and other special materials should be presented clearly and consistently.
Authors should ensure that equations and symbols remain readable in the final published version.
11. Citations and References
Authors must use a consistent citation and reference style throughout the manuscript.
References should contain complete bibliographic information, including, where applicable:
Author name(s).
Year of publication.
Article or book title.
Journal or publisher name.
Volume and issue number.
Page numbers or article number.
DOI or other persistent identifier, where available.
Authors should ensure that:
All sources cited in the text appear in the reference list.
All references listed are cited in the manuscript.
DOI links are included where available.
References are accurate and complete.
Sources are cited appropriately and consistently.
Authors are encouraged to use reliable and relevant scholarly sources.
12. Research Ethics
Authors must comply with applicable ethical standards and regulations relevant to their research.
Research involving human participants, personal data, animals, or other regulated subjects must receive appropriate ethical approval where required.
Where applicable, manuscripts should include:
Ethical approval information.
Informed consent information.
Participant consent for publication, where applicable.
Relevant ethical committee or institutional review information.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the research data and findings presented in the manuscript.
13. Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been published previously or be under consideration by another journal.
Plagiarism, duplicate publication, substantial text reuse without appropriate attribution, data fabrication, data falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct are not acceptable.
The journal may use similarity-checking tools or other appropriate procedures to assess originality.
Manuscripts may be returned, rejected, or subject to further investigation where significant concerns regarding originality or research integrity arise.
14. Peer Review
All eligible manuscripts undergo editorial screening before being sent for peer review.
Research and Analysis Journals primarily follows a double-blind peer-review process where practicable. Manuscripts are normally evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers, depending on the subject and circumstances of the submission.
The editorial decision may be:
Accept without changes.
Accept subject to minor revisions.
Major revisions required and resubmission invited.
Reject.
The final publication decision is made by the responsible editor or Editor-in-Chief based on the overall scholarly evaluation of the manuscript.

15. Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, professional, or other relationships that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research or its interpretation.
Where no conflict of interest exists, authors should state this clearly in the manuscript.
16. Funding Statement
Authors should disclose all sources of financial or institutional support for the research.
If the research received no specific funding, authors may state:
“This research received no specific grant from any funding agency in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors.”
17. Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to provide a data availability statement where applicable.
The statement should indicate whether the data supporting the findings are:
Publicly available.
Available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
Restricted due to ethical, privacy, legal, or other considerations.
Not applicable.
18. Author Contributions
Where applicable, authors should clearly describe their individual contributions to the research and manuscript.
All listed authors should have made a meaningful contribution to the work and approved the final version of the manuscript.
19. Acknowledgements
Authors may acknowledge individuals, institutions, organizations, or other contributors who assisted with the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship.
Authors should obtain permission from individuals named in the acknowledgements where appropriate.
20. Submission Requirements
Authors should submit the following information and files:
Complete manuscript.
Author details.
Corresponding author information.
Cover letter, where required.
Ethical approval or consent information, where applicable.
Conflict of interest statement.
Funding statement, where applicable.
Data availability statement, where applicable.
Author contribution statement, where applicable.
21. Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal's designated submission system or according to the instructions provided by the editorial office.
Authors should ensure that the submitted manuscript is complete and that all required author information is provided.
The journal may contact the corresponding author during the editorial and peer-review process.
22. Article Processing Charge
An Article Processing Charge of USD 110 per accepted article applies to articles accepted for publication.
The APC is payable only after editorial acceptance and does not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
There is no submission fee or peer-review fee.

23. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright and full publishing rights to their work.
Articles published by Research and Analysis Journals are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
