Objective Review

Peer review should be conducted objectively and professionally. Reviewers should provide constructive comments supported by clear reasoning.

Timeliness

Reviewers who are unable to complete the review within the requested time should inform the editorial office promptly.

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers should not evaluate manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest arising from competitive, collaborative, or personal relationships.

Responsibilities of Editors

Fair Decision-Making

Editors evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit, originality, clarity, relevance, and contribution to the field, without discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or institutional affiliation.

Confidentiality

If misconduct is identified before or after publication, the journal may take corrective actions including:

  • Rejection of the manuscript
